ADHD is characterized by a persistent short attention span, distractibility, disorganization, procrastination and problems with forethought, judgment and impulse control.

Having “untreated” ADHD affects nearly every aspect of a person’s life and has been associated with school underachievement, family conflict, drug abuse, legal difficulties and poor work performance. ADHD is involved with low self-esteem, chronic stress, failure and even suicide.

The standard treatment for ADHD in both children and adults is stimulant medications, such as Ritalin or Adderall. These medications are helpful for many people, but they also make many others with typical ADHD worse. A brain SPECT image can tell clinicians and patients what cannot be obtained through history, mental status examinations, physical examinations or Neuropsychological Testing.

Twitter Mom

What is twitter mom’s? It’s a site just for moms who tweet (twitter, for Mom’s, a microblog.) I have found this site to be filled with some smart, savy ladies.

I saw their own description of the site and loved it. “Twittermoms is an online version of the three martini playdate. Chat about the adventures of being a mom. It’s always happy hour here!”

There are groups, discussions, RSS Feeds, video, pictures, everything you need in the social marketing arena, plus the chance to build relationships with other Moms from all over.

So if you twitter, and you’re a mom, look for me there.

Below are a few tips to help you find the business you are truly looking for.

1. A legitimate investment opportunity built on a sound business model is going to give you full disclosure on how it works and why it’s a good investment. Look for adjectives like solid and sound, not amazing and incredible. Although amazing is great, make sure its solid. What does the backing of the company look like? Who is at the helm? These are two important clues to establish the strength of the company.

2. The payment structure should be readily available without having to break out your magnifying glass to read all the fine print in the terms of service. How fast does the new person get to the money? I have built two huge business, and this is one of the most important elements. If the new rep can get to money quickly, they continue to build!

3. Make sure the product/service you’re going to sell is legitimate, make sure the price is fair, and make sure there’s a reasonable demand for it. Does it have “today’s market appeal”? Also, look for longevity of the product/service. This is what builds true residual income. That’s the income that will give you time and financial freedom.

4. Customer service is something that can’t be over stated, this is so important to the success of any business. Make sure you and your future customers will have full access to people to can and will solve any issues.

5.Tech suport is another very important element since you’re dealing with web sites, servers, emails, and software. Look for a sample version of the web site you’re going to get. This should be readily available for you to view BEFORE you sign up. Your website needs to be a perfect presentation every time!

Now, you can find all the elements of the business that’s right for you, but remember it take YOU to make it work. Adopt this attitude…If it’s going to be, it’s going to take me!

This industry has set us free from the time and financial burdens we use to have, it can do the same for you. In the words of Nike…Just do it!

Although it is true that anyone who is consistent and determined to succeed in making money online can through blogging, many bloggers fail to achieve this.

Many people who are just getting started in internet marketing, think that, in order to make money on the internet, all they need to do is to set up a blog, add content to it on a regular basis and poof they start making money! You will have to do more than this if you want to make money with your blog.

Outlined below are the few steps you can take to successfully make money with your blog.

1. Advertise on Your Blog. Adding Google Adsense on your blog is one of the easiest ways to make money with your blog. All you will need to do is to get a Google Adsense account, and Google will place adverts that relate to your blog topic. If your blog visitors visit any of these adverts on your blog, you can earn some money. Also, many blog catalogs will have widgets you can put on your site, that will circulate traffic from one blog to another, bringing new visitors to your site.

2. Create your own products for selling or offer some services. You can sell your own products or services or business opportunity on your blog. By blogging regularly, your blog will get indexed on search engines, which in turn drives traffic to your blog. The more traffic you have, the more sales you can make. It is very important that you use your keywords in your blogs. By adding keywords and phrases that relate to your blog posts, you increase your site’s ranking on search engines.

3. Selling affiliate products is another way to make your blog profitable. All you need to do is to pick the affiliate products or programs that relate to your niche and add your affiliate links on your blog. By selling affiliate products on your blog, you can earn commissions of about 20%-70% on each product you sell on your website.

Although blogging is pretty easy, applying the tips above, can jump start you on your way to make some money in a fairly short time frame.

But first, let’s talk compensation plans. MLM compensation plans come in 4 basic types although many have a combination.

Binary- The first level of this MLM compensation plan has 2 people, hence “bi”nary. Usually these are referred to as “legs” and traditionally you are paid on the lesser of the two. Usually there is no limit in depth but there is a finite cap imposed.

Breakaway- Breakaways are used with Matrix Pay Plans. When a Team member reaches certain qualification they break away from your team and you no longer receive the Matrix Pay out on that team member or anyone in that part of the Matrix (the Break Away). You do however receive a Lump Sum Monthly Commission of the entire Volume of the Break Away Unit.

Matrix- In a matrix MLM compensation plan you are limited to a certain number of people on your first level and you are limited by depth. As an example in a 5×7 matrix you would be allowed 5 people on your first level and they would be allowed to have 5 people o their first level and so on up to 7 levels in depth. After that although the organization may keep growing it would be out of your pay range.

Unilevel- In this plan the 1st level is unlimited is width hence “uni” for one or 1st. This can grow very wide but again is limited by depth.

Now there are some companies that have bonus programs, so you can get into the money quickly. The compensation plan I am going to show you has a few of these “into the money quickly” bonuses.

While the pay plan is important. It clearly is only one part of the company you choose to join. You should look at the whole package, the company, positioning, pay plan, products or services, marketing tools, market size and service value to the market.

Google receives 3,000 search inquiries a second. That’s 180,000 per minute. If you want your share of this abundance of free business, you will need to work hard, smart and consistently.

What are back links?

Back links are a link from somewhere else to your site. It easy to create them, but you will need hundreds, even thousands of these links and you will need new ones every month. They may only take a minute to create, but they need to be created consistently.

How Many Back Links Do You Need?

Lots and lots and lots. You need more than your competition who is ranked number one with Google. If you do that, you will be number one. The more competitive the market, the more links you need to be ranked number one. Plan to add as many links as you can every month without fail. Remember that your competitors are adding new links every month, so the number of links you need keeps growing.

Is there Back Link “shortcuts”?

As you surf the web, don’t fall for sites advertising short cuts to link creation. They offer to sell you hundreds of links. You need to keep in mind that the quality of your links is key to your success. The sites you link to must be similar topics to your site or they may be throw out by the search engines. The quality of the linking site is important too. So, although it may sound easier to to hire link creating sites, choosing the site you link to and actually creating the link yourself is a much better and safer choice.

Use Articles To Get Back Links

Writing informative articles is a great way to create back links. You can not only use the articles on your site, but you will want to publish them to article directory as well. Every site that publishes your article will create a back link to your site. Other sites may pick up your article and publish it creating “viral” publishing and even more links. You should write minimally one or two articles every month consistently or hire an outside source to do this for you.

Using Video To Get Back Links

Another great way to create links and sell as well is to create video clips that tell your story or sell your product in an interesting and real way. You can use these clips to sell on your site and you can publish them to video sites like youtube.com, metacafe.com, viddler.com and many others. These get great rankings in the search engines. Creating video is becoming vastly popular and highly effective.

Using Social Networks To Create Back Links

Social networks like facebook.com or myspace.com are great ways to create quality links. Myspace is one of the most visited sites on the web, so links from it makes your site rank popular. To create links from social sites, open an account (tip: copy each “about you” info into notebook and save, this will save you time as you are opening up many social accounts), link to others with similar interests, and make comments that include a link to your site. It’s best to comment on something that has relevance to your site and what the topic of discussion is about or you will appear spammy.

Using Blogs To Create Back Links

Bloggers want comments from readers! Visit blogs on similar topics to yours and on any popular blogs, leave a comment on a posting. Your comment can contain a link to your site. This should not be just self serving but should continue the discussion topic. For example, if your site deals with social marketing and you see a blog article about twitter, you might make a comment like, “excellent article with good tips. I also found good twitter info at http://oursuccessathome.com/wp”

One great way to find good blogs is to set up a Google alert (thanks Teena for this tip) for all the keywords you use and you will be notified anytime a post is made with those key words. Then, you simply visit those blogs and make a comment.

It’s work, but it’s well worth it!

If you do not have the time to do this kind of work, there are agencies on the web who will do it for you. Outsourcing this work out is very cost effective and it allows you to keep selling and managing while someone else creates the links that drive your site to the top!
